At Pandomo, we ensure that our mortgage advisors Jos and Klaas alternate their schedules effectively during the summer period. As a result, someone is always available to answer questions, take over files, and monitor progress. Our support staff, Dineke and Jordy, also play an important role: they maintain an overview, ensure that documents and questions reach the right place quickly, and help files proceed smoothly.
Will your regular advisor be temporarily replaced due to a holiday? If so, we will ensure a proper internal handover. This way, you won’t have to chase anything yourself and can be certain that your process continues to receive attention.

Please take slightly longer processing times into account
Staffing levels may be lower during the summer, not only at our office but also at lenders and other involved parties. Consequently, response times may occasionally be slightly longer than you are accustomed to.
This can, for example, affect the assessment of files, the answering of additional questions, or the issuance of a final approval. Fortunately, we know from experience that this period occurs every year. Therefore, we proactively take this into account when planning your mortgage process.
What do we do to limit delays?
We submit files as completely and promptly as possible, actively follow up on progress, and coordinate with lenders or other involved parties where necessary. We also keep you informed of important steps, so you know exactly what to expect.
Is something required from your side? We will let you know as soon as possible. In this way, we can work together to prevent an application from coming to an unnecessary standstill.
What can you do yourself?
Do you want your mortgage application to continue running as smoothly as possible during the summer? It helps to provide requested documents promptly, check your email regularly, and inform us in good time when you will be on holiday yourself.
