New Construction Developments

New Construction Private

With new-build properties, you do not only borrow for the land and the home, but also for the construction that is yet to take place. You must therefore ensure that you can finance the entire construction, including any additional work. After closing your mortgage, a portion of it is placed in a construction account. This is a reserved fund from which the builder can submit invoices as construction progresses. You do not have to make these payments yourself: the bank pays directly from the construction account.

During a meeting with the contractor’s buyer counselor, you will make choices regarding finishing, layout, and options. We help you understand which choices are wise for comfort, budget, and future value. Please note: these decisions often need to be made before construction even begins, so consider this in a timely manner.

You become the owner as soon as the land is transferred to you at the notary. From that moment on, your financial obligations begin and construction can commence.

Certainly. We appraise both the current market value and the market value after renovation, including the substantiation required for your financing.

First and foremost, we prioritize a precise preparation of the appraisal report. However, we understand that this is sometimes urgent. Therefore, we make every effort to schedule the property inspection within two days and provide a detailed appraisal report within 5 working days after the inspection. We always communicate clearly regarding the timeline.

Yes. Our reports are 100% independent and comply with NRVT and NWWI standards. As such, they are accepted by all banks and lenders.
