Start of sales for Balkhuys attracts significant interest
Last Thursday was the day: the start of sales for Balkhuys in Zuidhorn! During the sales event at Kade Z, we were pleased to welcome many interested parties. It was wonderful to see the level of enthusiasm for this new construction project at the former Balk location in Zuidhorn.
Balkhuys will feature 23 characterful homes: family homes, life-cycle proof homes, and starter homes. A diverse range of offerings in a green and quiet environment, beautifully situated between the center of Zuidhorn and De Oostergast.

Start of construction at Hilmaarweg in Stedum celebrated festively
Last Friday, May 29, we celebrated the start of construction for the Hilmaarweg project in Stedum together with the future residents. Under a radiant sun, buyers, stakeholders, and construction partners gathered to mark this special moment.
In addition to the official signal to start construction, it was especially wonderful to see future neighbors getting to know each other. After all, how nice is it to already have a face to the people who will soon be living next to you? The relaxed atmosphere, the beautiful weather, and the enthusiastic reactions made it a successful afternoon.
With the start of construction, the realization of these six modern, energy-efficient, and earthquake-resistant homes is one step closer. The houses are being built in a beautiful location in the charming and historic Stedum, just twenty minutes by car from Groningen. Here you can live quietly and spaciously, with all daily amenities within reach.
Good news for house hunters: there are currently two homes still available. These are the detached house at Borglanden 13 and the semi-detached house at Hilmaarweg 11. The houses are already under construction!
