A wonderful milestone for Wolderburght: construction will start soon! All conditions precedent to begin have been met. The final preparations will be made in the coming period, after which the construction of this beautiful new residential neighborhood will start in early 2027. Interest in Wolderburght is high. The last two houses of the Valkenier type are now also under option.

De Suikerzijde continues to grow
The first homes under construction are increasingly taking shape, Phase 2 is approaching the start of construction, and the next phase is just around the corner!
In Phase 1, construction is in full swing and the first completions are drawing near. There is also good news for Phase 2: the conditions have been met and construction is expected to start at the end of this year. Approximately 70% has now been sold, but several houses and apartments are still available.
