In the recent period, we have once again been very active within the new construction department. Partly due to various sales launches and plenty of interest in our projects, we look back on a successful time with a great deal of activity within our developments.
We look back with pride on the sales launch of Croonhoven. Interest was high and we received many enthusiastic responses. Good news: registration is still possible until this coming Monday, May 18, at 10:00 AM!
The Bosryk new construction project in Meerstad also went on sale with great interest, and after two weeks, nearly 80% of the homes have already been sold.
With the Wolderburght project, we have just started the option meetings (over 70% of the homes are now under option) and the first option holders have already indicated their intention to purchase.
Naturally, we have had even more attractive sales launches, and more new ones are on the way.
