The following reports are classified as urgent
- Failure of the central heating system that cannot be resolved personally
- Gas leak
- Leakage in the water pipes or roof of such a nature that significant damage is likely to occur
- Total power failure or failure of vital circuits such as central heating, freezer, or refrigerator
