Remuneration Policy
In onze dienstverlening staan de belangen van onze klanten simpelweg centraal.
Dit vindt onder meer zijn uitwerking in de wijze waarop wij onze medewerkers belonen. De hoogte van de beloning (salaris en andere arbeidsvoorwaarden) van onze medewerkers is niet afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid of de soort financiële producten die hij of zij adviseert. Zij ontvangen uitsluitend een vast salaris.
Een eventuele verhoging van het vaste salaris is evenmin afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid of de soort geadviseerde financiële producten.
Met ons beloningsbeleid willen wij de focus leggen op de langere termijn belangen van onze klanten en onze onderneming. Daar waar mogelijk zullen wij bij de wijze van beloning stimuleren dat de klant zorgvuldig behandeld wordt en dat onze zorgplicht wordt nagekomen. Waar mogelijk zullen wij voorkomen dat medewerkers door de beloning geprikkeld worden tot onzorgvuldige behandeling van de klant. Uitgangspunt is dat onze klant te allen tijde persoonlijk en passend advies krijgt.

An appraisal is an estimation of the value of your home by a (sworn) appraiser, in the form of an independent appraisal report.
