The bidding log was launched several years ago to provide buyers and sellers with more transparency when bidding on a property.
The NVM bidding log is a digital overview in which all bids on a property are recorded anonymously. Thanks to the mandatory NVM protocol, it is possible to see in retrospect which bids were made, including the date, time, and any resolutive conditions.
How does the bidding log work at Pandomo?
- Full transparency: All bids submitted are registered and made transparent. The identity of bidders remains protected to ensure their privacy.
- Access for bidders: Anyone who can demonstrate they have submitted a bid will automatically receive a notification to view the bidding log via Move.nl after the sales process has been completed.
- Access for sellers: Sellers have access to an overview of all bids and associated conditions throughout the sales process. This helps them make a careful and well-informed sales decision.
- Temporary availability: The bidding log remains available to the prospective buyers involved for some time after the sale, usually for about a month.
The bidding log was developed to make the home-buying process more transparent, fair, and verifiable. This gives both buyers and sellers more insight into the progress of the bidding procedure. For more information about the contents of the bidding log and how to gain access, you can of course contact our real estate agents or find more information on the NVM information pages.
