Rental Agent (32 hours/week)

Are you keen on opportunities in the rental market and do you get energy from matching the right tenant to the right property? Then you will fit right in with our Rental & Property Management team. As a rental agent, you are the point of contact for private and professional landlords. You supervise the entire rental process and ensure that everything is correct, from the initial recording to the key handover. You act quickly, communicate clearly, and always keep the client’s interests in mind.

What will you be doing?

  • You start with a careful recording of the property and advise on the rental price and presentation.
  • You write engaging property descriptions and effectively market the property.
  • You plan and supervise viewings and select tenants based on clear criteria.
  • You negotiate, draft lease agreements, and supervise the delivery.
  • You maintain contact with landlords and tenants and work closely with property management.

What makes this role interesting
You work in a market that is constantly in motion and where you have a direct impact on the results for the client. You combine commerce with advice and relationship management, and you are given plenty of room to improve processes and identify opportunities.

This is what your work week looks like (approximately)
No two days are the same. One day you are on the road for recordings and viewings, the next day you are working on rental advice, selections, and contracts. In between, you coordinate with landlords and colleagues in management to ensure everything runs smoothly. Some administrative tasks are also part of the job.

What do you bring to the table?

  • You have experience in rentals or real estate, or you learn quickly and have demonstrable commercial insight.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing (also in English!).
  • You are accurate in administration and contracts.
  • You think in solutions and switch easily between different files.
  • You feel at home in a hectic work environment where digital working is the foundation.
